MOLLY ELLIOT, Legal Assistant to Jared Craig and Gilliana Shiskin

Molly started working with CHS Defence in August 2020 after completing her Legal Assistant Diploma at Bow Valley College. Prior to that, Molly graduated from Mount Royal College with her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, with a minor in Art History.

Molly has worked on both commercial and residential design projects, but she has always had an interest in criminal defence law. She previously worked as a research associate and designer at S.A.F.E. Design Council. At S.A.F.E, Molly assisted in the revitalization of Calgary’s downtown through the application of CEPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles. She authored reports about the perception of safety and suggested solutions to address established high-crime areas.

Molly has a son, two cats and a dog which keep her very busy beyond the office hours at CHS. We are unsure whether Molly finds it easier to train her pets, or her lawyers.
